candidates who are dedicated to serve in Nepal.
Health Officer (Six)
Job Location: Dolakha, Dhading & Nuwakot
Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:
- Bachelor in Health (with HA or Staff nurse with public health experience.)
- 1-3 years working in Health Sector or with local NGOs/ INGOs
- Excellent English and Nepali Language communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong capacity building and facilitation skills
- Ability to travel to project areas for assessment, regular monitoring and evaluation and willing to travel in remote areas.
- Ability to manage work life and work without supervision
- Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
- Good leadership skills Good Networking and representation skills
- Computer skills for reporting, assessment, and analysis
- Understanding of interagency standards such as MISP, Mental Health Guidelines, Gender guidelines etc
- Knowledge of and adherence to the Red Cross and NGO Code of Conduct
- Willing to work on WV mission and goals
- Understanding of Child protection
